Information we collect

None. The app contains no analytics library, no advertising library, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

Information stored on your device

Your presets, alarm choice, appearance settings and free-timer count are saved on your device using Apple's standard storage, and stay there. They are included in your own iCloud or iTunes device backup if you keep one, which is under your control and not visible to us. Deleting the app deletes them.

Purchases

The one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple. Apple tells the app whether a valid purchase exists; it does not share your name, payment details or Apple Account with us, and the app never sees them. Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction.

Notifications and alarms

If you allow notifications, the alarm is scheduled locally on your device by iOS. Nothing is sent to a server, and no push notification service is used. Notification permission is requested the first time you start a timer, not at launch.

Children

Wedge Timer is designed to be handed to a child unsupervised. Because the app collects nothing from anyone, it collects nothing from children either. It contains no advertising, no in-app browser, and no external links on the timer screen.

Third parties

The app contains no third-party SDKs. The only external party involved is Apple, and only for the optional purchase and for scheduling local notifications on your device.

Your rights

Data protection rights such as access, correction, portability and erasure apply to data a company holds about you. We hold none, so there is nothing to request, export or delete. Removing the app removes everything.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the date above changes with it. If the app ever begins collecting anything, that will be stated here plainly and before it happens.
